Welcome to Sidekick.click. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website sidekick.click, our e-commerce store shop.sidekick.click, and all related subdomains, content, products, and services (collectively, the "Site").
The Site is owned and operated by Pivot Press Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202549347W), a company incorporated in Singapore ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Site, browsing content, or purchasing products, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Site.
PLEASE READ SECTION 11 CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS A MANDATORY ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECTS HOW DISPUTES ARE RESOLVED.
The Site is intended for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
A. Site Content: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, articles, and the "Sidekick.click" name and logo (the "Content"), is the exclusive property of Pivot Press Pte. Ltd. and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
B. Limited License for Free Content: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and read the free content on the Site for personal, non-commercial use.
You may: Quote a single paragraph or short excerpt from an article, provided you give clear attribution to "Sidekick.click" and include a direct, followable hyperlink back to the original article on our Site.
You may not: Copy, republish, or reproduce any article in its entirety; scrape, data-mine, or systematically download Content; or use our Content for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
C. License for Purchased Products (Ebooks & E-guides): When you purchase a digital product ("Product") from shop.sidekick.click, we grant you one (1) limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, non-commercial use only.
This license is for you as a single individual.
You are explicitly forbidden from sharing, re-selling, distributing, sub-licensing, uploading, or otherwise making the Product file available to any other person or entity.
A. Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, or any quantity of an order, for any reason at our sole discretion. This may include orders suspected of fraud, orders with pricing errors, or orders that violate these Terms.
B. Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. All payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Airwallex). We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.
C. Product Delivery: Our Products are digital. Upon successful payment, a secure download link will be delivered to the email address you provide.
D. Refund Policy & Waiver of Withdrawal Rights:
All Sales Are Final: Due to the instant, digital nature of our Products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once a purchase is completed.
EU/UK Customers: By clicking "Buy Now" (or similar) and downloading the digital content, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) once the download has begun.
Exceptions: We will only provide a refund if:
Technical Issues: You receive a corrupt/un-openable file and we cannot fix it within 48 hours.
Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchase the exact same Product twice.
To request a refund under these conditions, contact legal@sidekick.click within seven (7) days of purchase.
If you post comments or other content ("User Content") on the Site, you agree that:
You are solely responsible for your User Content.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content on the Site.
We reserve the right to remove or edit any User Content for any reason, at any time, without notice.
You agree not to use the Site to:
Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Scrape, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its data.
Transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
Violate the intellectual property rights of Pivot Press Pte. Ltd. or any third party.
Steal, share, or re-sell our digital Products.
A. No Professional Advice: The content on Sidekick.click is provided for informational and educational purposes only. We are not financial advisors, medical professionals, or licensed therapists. Our Content does not constitute professional advice. You must consult with a qualified professional before making any decisions based on our Content.
B. As-Is Basis: The Site and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pivot Press Pte. Ltd. (and its directors, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, resulting from (a) your access to or use of the Site; (b) your purchase or use of any Product; or (c) any reliance you place on our Content.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pivot Press Pte. Ltd. from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or our Products, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
A. Singapore Small Claims Tribunal: For any dispute arising out of these Terms where the total claim amount falls within the jurisdiction of the Small Claims Tribunals of Singapore, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Small Claims Tribunals.
B. Arbitration: For all other disputes, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Pivot Press Pte. Ltd. agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms otherwise remain in full force and effect.
